Information we collect
When you create an account, place a file order, book an appointment or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, message content and uploaded ECU files. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by RemPRO.
How we use information
- to manage accounts, credit balances and payments;
- to fulfil orders, deliver files and manage revisions;
- to book appointments and send reminders;
- to answer chat, email and WhatsApp enquiries;
- to protect the service from abuse and resolve technical issues.
Storage and service providers
Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting duties and resolve disputes. Hosting, email and payment providers may process the limited information required for their services.
