Terms of service

File service

The customer is responsible for providing the correct original file and vehicle information and for having the authority to request the selected work. The final scope and price are confirmed after the specific file has been assessed.

Credits and file unlocking

One credit equals one euro unless the checkout states otherwise. Credits are charged only when a completed MOD file is unlocked. An unlocked file remains in the customer account and may be downloaded again without an additional charge.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. Contact us about a refund if work has not started or a technical payment error occurred. Refunds for a custom digital file that has already been delivered are assessed under the circumstances and applicable law.

On-site appointments

Appointment length depends on the selected service. If you are late or cannot attend, cancel through your account or contact RemPRO in advance. Work may be postponed or declined because of the vehicle’s technical condition.

Results and responsibility

Power calculator figures are estimates. Actual results depend on the vehicle specification, condition, fuel and other factors. Before software changes, the customer should consider local law, warranty and insurance requirements.
